I’ve found this really neat tutorial over at Youtube to share to you guys as something to check out and learn about as there are indeed different kinds of eyebrows for different face structures. I’d say that I’m lucky because my face is a mixture of heart and oval! I never realized that there were corrective techniques even for the eyebrows, so this should prove useful for everyone who seeks to groom their brows themselves!

Over the past few months, my teacher over at makeup school made sure we curled lashes perfectly. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been trying and looking for that perfect technique to achieve such. The lashes are not just curled once - near the roots, they must also be curled mid-way and by the tip, which is quite tricky. But I swear, Artemis Woman Double Curl Heated Eyelash Curler just makes a makeup artist’s life so darn easy now.

Yes, I got another MAC brush this time, and it’s the MAC 228 Mini Shader Brush. This is a fantastic brush to use to pick up dark eyeshadow and deposit on the crease, for a precise application ( a big brush would not do ). This brush that picks up alot of product is also a good applicator for smoky eyes when you want the darkest colors, and use the brush to pack the heavy color on.

In my previous post about concealer brushes, I have discussed on how it is used, and what the different sizes are for. This video is a very helpful one because it is very important to apply undereye concealer smoothly on the eye area, so as not to have those racoon eyes.
Another tip for that would be if you have a concealer brush with concealer in the brush itself already, it would help if you have another spare concealer brush that you can use to blend the concealed area with, because the concealer with the product might have too much product that would make it difficult for you to actually blend as you deposit more product on your skin.
